The Bicameral Mind — A Blessing?

Christianity may be partly responsible for popularizing bicameralism in the Bible. The early Christians used the idea to justify their belief that everybody on earth is God. This was later adopted by other religions, such as Islam, and a lot see the Virgin Mary as being two men at one, which leads to the famous state that she is "the consort of two God”. As stated earlier, hallucinations are considered frequent symptoms of schizophrenia and in a few rare cases they may also result in delusional behavior and abnormal perceptions.

On the other hand, the existence of hallucinations does not automatically signify that a individual is experiencing a psychotic episode. The voices heard during the sessions of this kind of Bicameral Mind-Body Treatment therapy may only be the product of stress and anxiety, especially if the individual suffers from intense cases of paranoia. There are also reports of people claiming to see angels, fairies or even Jesus himself throughout a Bicameral session.

When these accounts may seem a tiny far-fetched to the casual onlooker, it must be noted that a majority of professional psychiatrists agree that recurring visual or auditory hallucinations, even if occasionally are highly pleasant, are regarded as perfectly normal and natural behavior for the majority of individuals. People’s ideas, words, sounds, feelings, decisions, and actions are all simultaneously existing in parallel inside the causal community of the minds. From that perspective, an individual would argue that a right-brain function is responsible for creating and organizing content inside the auditory system along with also a left-brain function is responsible for generating and organizing content inside the visual system, with the consequent overall developmental difference being attributable to the difference in functions between both of these hemispheres.

When considering what’s beyond the normal variety of human experience, Bicameral Mind-Body Therapy offers a response. Not all experience is created equal. We all share a frequent pathway where our bodily and psychological conditions evolve. However, what distinguishes us is the power of our internal voice or our instinctual behavior. The human race has only been able to transcend this influence through invention and evolution, so it’s no surprise that we find ourselves in the nation we are today, with the technology and medical procedures available. The Bicameral method allows us to return to that place where we started, so that we may use our inborn superpowers to help maintain and enhance our current beingness. Now how cool is that?

Bicameralism isn’t a bad idea, per se. It’s been utilized in the Christian religion to help people know that there can be two beings with completely different natures and intentions. But it is necessary not to forget it is just one of many possible god-concepts in the Earth, which the Christian faith actually started out with the idea that god has been one person in all aspects .Ever had this moment where you though of something great and need to write down it before its gone from your mind?
